Shipping Methods

COVID-19 Update as of March 24, 2020: 
Our shipping carrier, Canada Post, has suspended guaranteed shipping timelines. They cannot guarantee whether packages will be delivered during the exact timeline stated at checkout and orders can face slight delays in delivery. During this unfortunate time worldwide, we ask customers to allow for some leniency in the delivery timeline and wait at least a minimum of 3 business days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us or Canada Post to ask for an update. We, MISSFIERCY, cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery as we have no control over the delivery process. Canada Post has also suspended all SIGN AT DOOR FOR RELEASE services. 

We have several shipping methods available for domestic and international orders. Please ensure that you review and choose a shipping method that you feel safe and convenient ordering through.

We recommend using one of the tracked options for a hassle-free delivery but we do have cheaper alternatives available to cater to all customers. Please do take note that if you do wish to use a non-tracked service for the delivery and in the event that you claim the package never arrived, we cannot offer any refunds as we have no way to confirm whether the package had arrived or not, this is why we recommend using a tracked shipping method for a stress-free experience. 

Please further note:
- order processing time is separate. We try our best to process items as soon as possible but our general timeline is 1-3 business days. 

-  please allow a couple of days on top of the shipping duration on International orders for customs processing at the destination country. We do not have any control over how long it takes for the package to clear at customs, sometimes the packages are cleared right away and other times, custom agents take longer. In the event that a package takes longer to clear, neither our shipping carrier or MISSFIERCY can be held liable for the delay.
